Cajun tears is our collaboration with Heat Hot Sauce Shop in San Leandro, Ca. the owner, Dylan and myself created this recipe which is a sauce based on the creole style of hot sauces with a hella hot twist. The sauce is scotch bonnet based with the right amount of vinegar and spices to make you want more! This sauce pairs well with all meals as well as your bloody marys.
