BAJAN TYGA

Why call this hot sauce Bajan Tyga?

Bajan Tyga is a uniquely Canadian twist to a traditional Barbadian (Bajan) styled mango & Scotch bonnet-based sauce.

Jeff has developed a different texture and distinct mix of ingredients including Naga/Ghost peppers which originate in India (where tigers live) for more heat and a special flavor.

Imagine a thicker, Caribbean, flavor-first sauce with a slow building heat.

Be careful… this Tyga has teeth!

THE JEFF DAVIS PROCESS

Bajan Tyga hot sauce is made by hand in very small, or micro batches using as many locally sourced, ingredients as possible. This sauce is cooked in Kitchener Waterloo, Ontario.

Right now Jeff only makes one type of sauce, but friends know he’s always experimenting with seasonal fruit-based sauces like strawberry, blueberry, peach and green apple.

Jeff also provides a local hot sauce challenge called The Hellfire Challengewith their own ferocious challenge sauce ‘The Rosy Red Rectum’ This sauce famously tastes like an 8/10 when first ingested then slowly goes to 15. Not to be trifled with!

A good 9-10 on the heat scale.
