We’ve moved from Stewart Street to our new location at 29251 Ellensburg Avenue, in Gold Beach, mid-February 2026! Now, you can enjoy our Eatery, where we make family recipes fresh in our kitchens. Plus, we have a Wine & Beer Bar with Oregon Beers on Tap and wines from the Southern Oregon Coast. And don’t forget our retail shop, which features Oregon specialty foods including Cheese & Charcuterie and a delicious Bakery featuring our fresh baked treats, including our famous Brownies, Blondies, and Bars!

Long before it was a bakery, the Old Agness Store was a lifeline. Located at the meeting point of the Rogue and Illinois rivers, it was the strong heart of a community of pioneers, fishers, and loggers. Here, surrounded by the scent of pine and damp earth, supplies were stocked and stories were shared. Baking wasn’t just a skill; it was a necessity. It was hearty bread to keep you going on a long day on the river and simple, satisfying pies to bring comfort against the wildness of the frontier. We carry on that strong spirit, and our ovens still burn with the same goal: to create honest, nourishing, and soulful food that respects the history of this amazing place.

Our brownies are inspired by that same pioneering spirit. They’re not just small, delicate squares; they’re the rich, satisfying treat you deserve after a long day. Each one is a taste of the Oregon wilderness: a bit rugged, a bit comforting, and absolutely delicious. Ordering these brownies isn’t just about satisfying your sweet tooth; it’s about experiencing the rewarding comfort of the frontier and getting ready for your next adventure.

We’re excited to share the business model we started in Agness, in Gold Beach! Steve’s Beloved Beautiful Breads are available to enjoy as a delicious addition to our fresh-made Soups and Salads, as well as for our cafe menu sandwiches. We’re still offering Gluten-Free Options on our menu, along with special GF Prep areas, and we have many GF retail items, especially our Brownies, Blondies & Bars, and now, GF Cookies, Corn Bread, Bread Puddings and more! The best of both Old Agness Store Worlds is now available to you at Ellensburg Avenue!

We’d love for you to visit us in Gold Beach! We’re open on Sundays and Wednesdays from 10am to 5pm, and Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am to 7pm. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, we also have an unplugged Music Night with local musicians from 5-7pm, which is a fantastic way to unwind! The OAS Team will be there to greet you with a smile and share some delicious food that’s perfect for you and your family.
