Crafted with island sourced tart heritage apples and heirloom crabapples, this preserve has great balance and color. Smooth, dense, with just the slightest hint of bitter, it's a perfect companion to cheese.
We especially love it with soft, gooey cheeses. Not too sweet and perfect with charcuterie. We're also partial to this one for our Jam Tart or slathering on store bought shortbread.
