In this medium+ heat hot sauce we've combined Dos Topas Lager Beer from Topa Topa Brewing Co. with ripe, red jalapeños grown locally by Underwood Farms. We then blend in a "Salsa Macha" chili oil made of fried Guajillo and Morita chilies. The end result is creamy, complex and bursting with flavor. Great on street tacos, burgers, pizza to mention just a few examples of how to use this delightfully versatile sauce.
