Ingredients: nettles, elderberries, echinacea, black tea leaves, reishi, yarrow, thyme blossom, oregano, ginger (Contains Caffeine) 

How to Brew: Steep 1 tablespoon per cup at 212° for 7-8 minutes. Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
