Paulman Acre's Morel Revival

We first brewed this sauce in 2015 to commemorate our company‘s first “Paulmanniversary” Since then, it has become the single most requested seasonal sauce in our lineup. The fans spoke and yelled and threatened to protest at our facility, and we eventually listened, made with wild foraged, morel, mushrooms, pomegranate, and fermented chilies. This sauce is an all flavor, rich, umami, delight, unlike any other.
